Product description This system directly and accurately controls the temperature of the mold by introducing the fuzzy logic theory in response to environmental changes of the mold. The logic controller is an artificial intelligence system that maintains mold temperature within +/- 0.5 C from set values, spontaneously finds the exact points of starting and closing, and reduces defective production by minimizing temperature deviation. Also its rapid self-diagnosis and response counters disturbances and temperature deviations from the injection molding equipment and makes it possible to check product quality by building a database from the target mold temperature.
